What do I need for a remote hypnotherapy session?
The most important thing you can bring to your hypnotherapy session is a desire to change. Unless you are fed up with the symptoms of your challenge and you desperately crave change, hypnotherapy will be of little use to you. Results will be minimal and short lived at best.
Other than your desire for change, you need only ensure that you are wearing comfortable clothing. Uncomfortable clothing can hinder the relaxation process and potentially ruin the session.
What can I expect from a hypnotherapy session?
Since we’ve gotten to know each another, feel good about working together, answered your questions and discussed your treatment goals during a pres-session, we’ll jump right in.
Speaking in a gentle and soothing tone, I’ll guide you into hypnosis. While you are in this hypersensitive state, I will suggest ways for you to achieve your desires as well as help you visualise images of yourself accomplishing your goals.
When the session is over, I will guide you out of the hypnotic state and make sure that you are fully awake and able to carry on with your day.
How many sessions will it take to achieve what I want?
Depending on the number of obstacles, how long they’ve negatively impacted your life and how well you follow instructions, it generally takes 1-3 sessions. However, some conditions require more.
