One of the shamanic practices I love most is guiding people into altered states of consciousness in order to work directly with their subconscious minds and higher selves. Whilst they are in a relaxed state, I address the roots of their challenges rather than the symptoms. Although this practice is thousands of years old, it is currently recognised by the name the scientific community gave it in 1880, hypnotherapy.

How will I work with you?
Hypnotherapy is most effective when it is tailor made to your desires and needs. Once I receive your payment for a session, I’ll email you to arrange a time and date for a free 30-minute consultation on Zoom. During this time, I’ll ask you questions that will allow me to understand what you want to achieve and how I can best help you get the results you want. Additionally, you can ask me any questions you might have about the process.
Following the consultation, I’ll review my notes, put together a treatment plan and arrange a time with you for your Zoom session.
